Artist Statement

As an artist, I am interested in creating works that showcase unexplored perspectives through self exploration. My works dives deep into topics such as existentialism and psychology. I mostly focus on creating video works to express my explorations. I try to build a world separate from the one we live in through my 2D works with unique shapes and patterns that do not usually exist naturally, to clearly communicate the difference.  Photography is a medium I use to showcase my appreciation and love for nature. I believe that each photograph I take can inspire others to develop an appreciation for nature as well. I would also call myself an explorer both in life and in art because I tend to enjoy finding out new ways to convey myself and the topics that mean a lot to me.
